About the Producer:
The Domaine Fourrey et Fils is a family estate of 22 hectares located in the heart of Chablis. The estate has existed for four generations and is passed down from father to son. The Fourrey family cultivates 19 hectares of vines, of which about 18 hectares yield grates. The Domaines produces five levels of AOC: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru, Chablis Grand Cru Vaudesir, and Bourgogne Pinot Noir.
