The colour of this wine is of a beautiful Bordeaux red with garnet red reflections. Offering intense and complex notes of sour cherry and plum, there are also vanilla, tobacco and roasted notes complementing the fine bouquet of aromas. The taste is austere, full, wide and enveloping presenting pleasant and smooth tannins which give a delicate and lovely scent. Best served with red meats, roasts, braised beef, boiled, game and cheese-curd.
