A lovely Loire Sauvignon Blanc. Boasting a pale yellow color, this wine has nice aromatic concentration dominated by scents of white flower, citrus fruits, boxwood and blackcurrant buds. Clean entry with a great summer fruit palate of apricots and peaches. Nice length, the finish is fresh and minty. Serve it between meals or as an aperitif. Food pairing ideas include asparagus, seafood, light chicken dishes and goat cheese.
