Cured for 24 months, this boneless, 1kg Iberian ham has a nice nutty flavour that can delight the demanding palates. 
In a presentation box, it comes with a mini ham holder and knife.
It is easy to slice and will definitely make a great party celebration feature and/or perfect gift for foodies!

It is best to store in refrigerator at 2°C to 7°C, and consume preferably within 6 months.

Tasting Note:
Solluna is aged 10 months in French oak barrels with temperature-controlled fermentation. Very well defined and bright, high intensity, almost opaque red purplish colour. Perfumed and fresh aroma. Fine and expressive whit black and red ripe fruit, thin spices, forest wild herbs, balsamic tones and minerality. Well-balanced whit silky mouth. Medium structure, refined. Fresh varied fruit, whit balsamic hints and liquorice that coming in final. Spices and minerals. Fine structure, weight of fresh fruit and fine tannins.

The Sun and The Moon combine with the dense slate "llicorella" soils of Priorat to create an intense and explosive wine of complexity, character and finesse - vines, like people, often thrive upon adversity. For this reason, the name of this wine is a kind of pun that consists of the words "sol" and "lluna", which means “sun” and “moon”.

About the Winery:
Gran Clos has 32 hectares of the finest vineyards in Priorat with the oldest vines being over 100 years of age. They were rated the #1 winery in Priorat in a 10 year blind tasting by the top critics, sommeliers and international judges. Gran Clos's oldest vines are over 100 years old, and the primary plantings are Garnacha and Carinena. They also have small plantings of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Tempranillo and Syrah.
