Tasting Note:
Pale yellow color with light-green glints. Intense, fragrant bouquet with pineapple and grapefruit as first notes, backed by hints of green apple, jasmine and mineral aromas. It is fresh and has a crispy entry that leads to a silky, flavorful mouth, with its lively acidity deliciously complementing tropical/citrusy flavors.
Perfect with salty cured-cheeses, seafood, simple fish dishes, tangy desserts, seafood pasta and rice.
