Tasting Note: The Sun and The Moon combine with the dense slate "llicorella" soils of Priorat to create an intense and explosive wine of complexity, character and finesse - vines, like people, often thrive upon adversity. For this reason, the name of this wine is a kind of pun that consists of the words "sol" and "lluna", which means “sun” and “moon”.
Solluna is aged 10 months in French oak barrels with temperature-controlled fermentation.
Very well defined and bright, high intensity, almost opaque red purplish colour. Perfumed and fresh aroma. Fine and expressive whit black and red ripe fruit, thin spices, forest wild herbs, balsamic tones and minerality. Well-balanced whit silky mouth. Medium structure, refined.
