Tasting Note:

Barón do sil is a fantastic godello with lees aged in barrels that gives it a unique elegance and smoothness. Mineral and with volume. You cannot stop trying it if you love the godello variety.

Cold macerator from 4 to 6 hours. Fermentation on lees in stainless steel and part in 500-litre barrels at a controlled temperature.

Greenish yellow in colour. Complex and elegant nose with mineral aromas, pippin apple and dried flowers. The palate is mineral and complex with green fruit. Unctuous and of good volume.

Service temperature: 6-8ºC.

Production limited to 36,540 bottles.
