The club has launched this special edition wine, limited to 10,000 bottles, for sale only in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and the Mainland.

Tasting Note:

Aged 18 months in new French oak barrels. Deep purple red colour shows the great potential in aging. Nose of nice rich sweet black fruits, dates and preserved prune alike, very strong spices scents, after breathing of 30 minutes, you will get chocolate and tobacco flavours, finish with coffee and tea leaves; an elegant nose. A full body wine with sweet big tannin in mouth, big round fruity character, nice solid acidity back up; after an hour breathing, the wine start to develop and open, tannin shows soft and round, and acidity becomes active and lively; perfect fruit and acid balance yet great body support; very good long aftertaste, shows great potential in the wine.
Service recommendation: Better to open the wine and breathe for an hour before drinking. Scent and flavour changes will be noticed in glass. Service temperature: 16-18C
