Cracker Jack Cabernet Sauvignon 2008
Grape Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep vibrant red. Fresh aromas of blackberries, blackcurrant and plums with hints of spicy oak. Classic notes of ripe plums, dark berries, spices and a hint of dark chocolate on the palate. Well structured with great texture and length of flavours.
Cracker Jack Shiraz Viognier 2008
Grape Variety: Shiraz & Viognier
Bright crimson colour with crimson hue. Medium body. Top notes of dried apricot and spice over vanilla and plum end notes. The palate delivers flavours of apricot and plum over a light black pepper background. Restrained but still flavoursome palate profile. Chalky tannins which persist into the aftertaste.
Cracker Jack Chardonnay 2010
Grape Variety: Chardonnay
Golden straw colour. It has pleasant grapefruit, citrus, stone fruits and honey aromas, with lovely roasted almonds and oak-derived toasty characters. Medium to full-bodied, it is a delicious chardonnay with balanced flavors and a luscious and clean finish.
