Tasting Note:

Nose of ripe red fruits (strawberry). The palate is fleshy, round and supple, with ripe, round tannins, charming and crunchy. A beautiful tension confirms the very digestible style. This delicious wine tastes good. Enjoy with pork and lamb in rich sauce.

About the Winery:

The Domaine de la Ronciere is a small family run operation located in the centre of the village of Chateauneuf du Pape. It has 11 hectares of vines spread out in different sectors of the Chateauneuf du Pape appellation. 10 hectares are used to grow grapes for the production of red wine. 1 hectare is reserved for planting white wine grape varietals. All the work in the vineyards is done using only bio-dynamic farming techniques. In 2013, Domaine de la Ronciere was certified as a bio-dynamic producer by the Agriculture Biologique.
