Tasting Note:

Aged 30 months in French ＆ American oak barrels. In a reddish tone and brick flashes that show the long ageing through a bottle. It is a wine with great aromatic complexity due to its long ageing as required by the wines of this category in Rioja. On the nose, aromas of spices and such reduction leading to a slight hint of leather and smoked aromas. The wood also provides memories of cocoa, toasty and coffee hints. Leaves a nice, charming, powerful feeling with good acidity in the mouth. Well-balanced, soft sweet tannins, smooth entry and a long fresh aftertaste. Ideal for small snacks, all kinds of meats, stews, vegetables and cheese. It can please the discerning palate but also to the new, young Rioja wine lovers.
